Thursday, March 04, 2004 ::: so i've just downloaded the audio clip of Summer Sunshine, recorded live at th Irish Meteor Awards and i know, the smart thing to do is wait till somebody upload the video and actually watch the performance instead of listening to a poor quality mp3 clip... but the clip is right at the desktop and i'm just one click (or one double-click actually) away from listening to the corrs' brand new single. Yes, the temptation is just too much for me to handle... yet, the rational side of me is still the master and commander LOL ok, i'm sure you're aware that a fan of united and that certainly needs some explaining LOL but for me, the answer is simple first, it's the first airline i flew - after longing to be able to get on an airplane, my dream came true that happened on UA 806 and that experience was more than pleasant second, it's one of the world's largest carrier just second to American in terms of no. of passengers United carries and definitely america's largest international carrier because of its extensive network to Asia and Europe not only being the largest, United also delivers a consistent product to customers. although you can't compare United to top Asian airlines like SQ or CX, United balances the role of being an airline that boasts the largest network on earth while offering services that's always consistent and of good quality. United is the pioneer for mileage programs like Mileage Plus and also innovative ideas like Economy Plus. United's 777 are among the first of any US airliners to be equipped with PTVs in all classes. And lastly, it's United's brand. While other american airlines like NWA or AA are flying planes with awful colors painted and planes that are more than 20 years old (yes, NWA is still flying DC9... the design of the 70s maybe?) the entire United's (relatively) modern fleet are coated with a nice livery. And George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue is just another signature for United, with real taste. whahhhaaaa enough of that UA crap it's PGIN SA tomorrow getting things mixed up! ahhhhh how much does your pancreas weigh? and how much saliva do you secrete every day? how much Na+ is excreted with your s*** per day? haha like i really want to know. ... summer sunshine's still there and theflooding of comments on Corrboard and Corrsonline: "catchy chorus!" "wow it'll make my summer!"
